The birth of Lumelia took place in the small workshop. Our Giorgio tinkered for months in the small village of Caglio (near Milan) on a lamp, minimalism combined with elegance. The result he proudly presents to you here:
OUR MISSION
Designer lamps are usually very expensive and difficult to access. Therefore, we, the team around Lumelia, have made every effort to make the prices as fair as possible. This was Giorgio's big concern, he wanted to create a designer lamp for every home.
THE IDEA
Elegance, minimalism and functionality. These were Giorgio's requirements to meet. Through the many functions such as touch on / off, wireless, waterproof and dimmable, it is not just a lamp to look at, but a designer lamp for everyday life.

Giorgio himself grew up as the son of a blacksmith in the small village of Caglio, near Milan. Early on, he developed an eye for beautiful designs. Thus, even as a child, he built his own bed and helped his father with a wide variety of work. Giorgio continued this interest while studying architecture, at the University of Milan.
After graduating, he worked for years as a freelance architect, but never lost his passion for good design and creating something with his own hands.
Eventually, he started tinkering with his own prototypes. Sketches piled up in the workshop. After countless hours of work, the prototype to Lavianie finally stood. A lamp that reflects minimalism and elegance.

HOW IT’S MADE
The initial times of production in a simple workshop are over. In order to guarantee the highest precision, impeccable quality and of course a fair price, we now rely on high-tech production. Giorgio has personally checked all the criteria.
