§ 1. scope of application
For all orders via the online store by consumers and entrepreneurs, the following terms and conditions apply.
A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that can predominantly be attributed neither to his commercial nor to his independent professional activity. An entrepreneur is a natural or legal person or a partnership with legal capacity who, when concluding a legal transaction, acts in the exercise of his commercial or independent professional activity.
With respect to entrepreneurs, these GTC shall also apply to future business relations without our having to refer to them again. If the entrepreneur uses conflicting or supplementary general terms and conditions, their validity is hereby objected to; they shall only become part of the contract if we have expressly agreed to them.
§ 2. conclusion of contract
You can initially place our products in the shopping cart without obligation and correct your entries at any time before sending your binding order by using the correction tools provided and explained for this purpose in the order process.
The contract is concluded when you accept the offer for the goods contained in the shopping cart by clicking the "Buy" button. Immediately after sending the order, you will receive another confirmation by e-mail.
A binding contract may also be formed earlier as follows:
If you have chosen credit card payment, the contract comes into effect at the time the credit card is charged.
If you have chosen the payment method PayPal, the contract is concluded at the time of your confirmation of the payment instruction to PayPal.
The contract text will not be stored by us.
§ 3. delivery conditions, customs fees & import taxes
After confirmed receipt of payment, the goods will be shipped immediately, on average, the shipment takes place after 3-6 hours after the order. The order will be sent to the customer from our Partner Fulfillment Company. The shipping time is usually between 8-10 business days.
We cannot be held liable for packages that do not make it through local customs and are destroyed because the shipment is illegal in the destination country. The customer is solely responsible for complying with local laws. We cannot be held responsible for any import taxes that may be incurred, this is the sole responsibility of the customer to pay this fee.
We deliver only by shipping method. Unfortunately, self-collection of the goods is not possible.
